When to plant Quince

University of Missouri describes common quince as a grafted deciduous fruit tree reaching 15 to 20 feet at maturity. It gives no planting date; like other deciduous fruit trees, set out dormant stock in early spring as soon as the soil is workable.

The calendar shows this cited seasonal window as an approximate band. It does not convert the season into frost-adjusted dates.
