When to plant
When to plant Stevia
In most of the United States stevia is a tender plant grown as an annual: set it out after the weather warms and bring it indoors before the first fall frost (NC State). It is winter hardy outdoors only in USDA zones 10 to 11.
The calendar shows this cited seasonal window as an approximate band. It does not convert the season into frost-adjusted dates.
